Nikki in Korea Bingo 2017

I’ve been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to visit Korea again this fall and spend time with my birth family. To all my friends and family back home, I’m incredibly thankful for your support and understanding. I’ll try to keep everyone updated on my adventures with daily blog posts and fun facts about Korea with a friendly game.

How to Play

Please write a 5×5 bingo board from the following list. I realize there’s 40 items but it’s on purpose! Everyone fills on 24 spots on their board so hopefully we can get a good competition and avoid everyone winning at the same time.

The 2017 list! Don’t worry if not everything makes sense, I’ll explain if it comes up in a picture.

FAQ

Q: Can I make more than one board?
A: To keep things fun and fair, please only one board per player.

Q: So all your photos are fair game?
A: Nope, I’ll mark specific “bingo” posts.

Q: Why do the bingo posts come in two parts?
A: I will post the pictures one day and the explanation the next. If you can identify the picture the first day, good for you! Think of it as a bonus if you know the answer and a head start to winning!

Q: Why do I have to send a picture?
A: Again to keep things fun and fair I’m asking everyone to send a picture so I know your intent to play. I’ll be keeping track so hopefully everyone will be involved and be able to check a few things off their list.

Q: WHAT’S THE PRIZE???
A: Who knows? I have an idea but I’ll try to pick something once I’m in Korea.

Q: You keep a blog?
A: Uh…no? This blog started as a way to keep in touch with family and friends during my first trip to Korea. I pretty much only use it during trips to Korea. Please feel free to read my older posts. Adoption is an uncomfortable topic for some but it doesn’t have to be. Minnesota is home to so many Korean adoptees I think it’s important to educate and have an open discussion for those with questions.
